Postpartum Doula Services

In Home Care 

starting at $60/hour

As your Postpartum Doula I will come to your home during the day or night. My most common hours for nights are 9 or 10 pm - 6 am. During the day I'm available between 9 am - 6 pm with a minimum of 4 hours. 

​My services include:​

  • Up-all-night support. I will be awake all night so you can rest with the peace of mind that your baby is cared for and ​checked on at all times

  • Advice on subjects ranging from recovery from birth to infant care, soothing techniques, bathing, swaddling and developmentally appropriate sleep habits

  • ​Support with breast, chest & bottle feeding and pumping

  • Taking care of all of your baby's needs whether it is while you sleep during the night or nap and shower during the day

  • ​Light chores like washing bottles, cleaning pumping supplies, running the dishwasher, organizing the nursery and doing the family’s laundry​​

Phone or Zoom Consultation $50/hour

Ideal for families with babies up to one year of age, who have specific questions or topics that they want to discuss with a baby expert. You can choose the topic or I can guide you through topics and issues that most of my clients find helpful.

Possible talking points:

  • General baby care: swaddling, baths, diaper changing techniques, skin on skin, babywearing

  • Feedings: bottle, breast, chest, syringe, tube, or SNS feedings

  • Pumping: how to get started, what pump to choose, cleaning of parts

  • Soothing techniques

  • How to help your baby with gas or reflux

  • Transitioning into parenthood 

  • ​How to set up the nursery

  • Useful baby products

  • Safe sleep recommendations

  • Safe co-sleeping

  • Advice on night time sleep and naps: sleep environment, routines, transitioning to crib, out of  the swaddle, etc. (does not include a sleep plan)

  • Physical and mental development of your baby

  • Postpartum depression and anxiety in birthing parent and/or partner
